Just enter the title and/or abstract of the paper in the box, and click on 'Find journals', 'Find authors' or 'Find Articles'. Jane will then compare your document to millions of documents in Medline to find the best matching journals, authors or articles.

Journal Rate is the only free tool of its kind allowing academics to search our database of thousands of academic journals and easily find a suitable journal to submit your research to. Academics can search by keyword or category and refine their search by impact factor to help direct them to the leading journals in their respective fields, as well as descriptions and direct links to the websites of these journals.

Google Scholar Metrics provide an easy way for authors to quickly gauge the visibility and influence of recent articles in scholarly publications. Scholar Metrics summarize recent citations to many publications, to help authors as they consider where to publish their new research.

If you find yourself frequently using a particular journal, Google the title to find the journal webpage and sign up to receive email TOC alerts for each new issue. A great way to keep up with new content in e-journals.

Elon University has a reciprocal borrowing agreement with academic libraries in Forsyth, Guilford, and Alamance Counties. You may check out materials at all of these libraries and use their journals and databases on-site.
